- Up to two pets per home
- A non-refundable $400 pet fee for one pet, $500 pet fee for two pets
- A nonrefundable pet rent fee of $40 per pet monthly
Restrictions
- No Weight Restrictions
- NO EXOTIC animals are permitted. NO reptiles or amphibians that are dangerous, harmful or poisonous animals will not be allowed. Small caged birds (finches, parakeets, canaries), fish (maximum of 50-gallon aquarium) and caged hamster, or gerbil, and rabbit are allowed, and a Pet Fee/ Pet Rent is not required.
